with more than 15 years experiences in purchasing and resource major semiconductor parts for R&D and Manufacturing (Taiwan and Malaysia who has developed :

Parts acumen and commercial awareness;
Purchasing, organizing and co-ordinating flair;
Financial control and administrative proficiency;
A detailed parts purchasing knowledge of most forms of contract; the ability to negotiate effectively at all levels

As I began growing at  The Moment — a design-driven innovation Company Cityntel M Sdn Bhd based in Kuala Lumpur — I started to wrestle with titles and roles that describe what I do and the multi-disciplinary way I do it. I landed on “Innovation Designer”.

The Innovation Designer’s skills are drawn from diverse fields of practice: human-centered design, business strategy, research, organizational change and learning.
 

As I began growing I was very lucky to play with Electronic Engineering  tools nature of my parents business. Thats where my story began, I Spend most my time learn how to use equipment and diagnostic faulty Circuits,  lot of research on internet, each success I made it, it driven me more to learn and self study.  I believe I started to wrestle with titles and roles that describe what I do. nature of growing change and more to learning.
